Pine needle tea or woodmans brew, very nice tasting drink and smells like oranges. Great for camping!

  • If ya boil the needles I've heard it destroys the vitamin C, I guess you're sposed to crush the needles somewhat and then steep them in very warm water to release vitamin C and using the new growth at the ends of small branches eliminates most of the pine oils which are not good for you if you want to drink this daily..... : )

  • If you were really an "expertsurvival" you would know that vitamin C combusts at boiling temperatures. So all you're really drinking is water flavored with pine and the minor toxins it contains.
