The Animal Legal Defense Fund, the United States Equine Rescue League, and a county animal cruelty investigator filed a complaint in Wake County District Court against three North Carolina residents for severely neglecting eight horses whom they starved - in one case, literally to death - and deprived of all veterinary care.

awesome i love seeing people help.. i wish the idiots who neglected the animals will never be given a chance to have another animal. There they have food and they don't see fit to feed their horses. They should starve themselves. Heck they could even donate their horses! There ARE options
