You could get a heat gun from your local hardware store they sell them in the paint section. they would help you from having to use the oven though it will take some practice i would upload a video of me making armor out of the same stuff
but i use a variable temp heat gun

@thebrightsunshine Yes I have a heat gun now, but it isn't as fast as an oven. I used it in combination with the oven on a recent armor commission and I found the oven easier and quicker. I only use it for small pieces and edges, and foam. But I am practicing with it.
