It's both "cyanide girl" and "sun-eyed girl".
This song is supposed to be a "happy" song with a deeper meaning, a girl dying, which isn't happy at all. So at first you hear "sun-eyed girl" and when you figure out the actualy meaning of the song it becomes "cyanide girl".
