Wow im sorry about your spacers experience! Today is my 3rd day with them, or 2nd day i mean && they didn't hurt till i woke up the day after i got them on. Its just the bottom right side. But I am getting braces thursday.. so yeah. Well which one hurt worse for you?

Yes, that's what I was talking about, I had them all around my braces and still do, maybe that's why mine hurt more or maybe im just being a baby about it :P I recently got the rubberbands(yesterday) and they are very uncomfortable!! But you can remove them if needed, but keep up on wearing them, if you don't wear them enought it can make your treatment longer, or the put spring that is left in 24/7.

When I had my rubberbands last time, which was back on Oct and Nov, I think I was "too" compliant. They were moving my teeth faster than my ortho wanted them to move. I think they feel everyone is going to be the same as younger people who are not compliant with the rubber bands. FYI, they will become quite painful after 2-3 days. and if you're a baby, then I am as well! They are NOT FUN......mine will be put back on very soon. Good luck,.
