Every year the world's elites meet to make decisions that could potentially have an affect on millions around the world. Ya they can't do it by themselves but they can if they control the police and militaries in the world. They proved it with the completely unjustified wars in Iraq and Afghanistan where the militaries of many countries were taking part. Obama also signed the NDAA act in December which allows the military to be used against American citizens on American soil and do away with the Bill of Rights.
