Is Big Tobacco Stealth Marketing to YouTubers?

I was stunned to learn that Youtube videos containing smoking imagery may be paid for by tobacco companies. Some of these videos with smoking imagery include anywhere from vlogs to movie clips. It's sad, but in hindsight, given the tobacco industry's track record, I shouldn't have been surprised...

I do hope you understand that is a complete conspiracy... I've made a few smoking videos myself out of pure freewill and so have loads of friends and they do it entirely by free will. Thanks for posting this video.FYI, reviewed a documentary "Century of Self". Edward Barney's (Sigmund Frued's nephew) was commissioned by US tobacco companies. Here is a quote:

"...Bernays hired a bunch of women to pose as suffragettes in a parade, and had them pull out cigarettes in front of a group of reporters, calling them "torches of freedom." He succeeded in making women's smoking an issue of women's rights, and women never went back." "We've Come A Long Way Baby"

FYI, I reviewed a documentary which stated that during the early 1900's tobacco companies wanted to get women to smoke, whom up to that point did not smoke, because of some cultural reasons. To do that, they hired some beautiful women to hide packs of cigarettes under thier skirts, and to all pull them out at the same time and begin smoking a cigarette. The campaign was stealth and very effective. I will try and find the title of the documentary for your info.
