An extremely rare video of Calvert from a 25 minute tape of a London show from November 1986 with his band 'maximum effect.'
I have TONS of rare Calvert footage and tapes.... I am hoping to upload and share some of the rare unseen stuff with the community.

No, I didn't actually.... I recently digitalized some RARE 1976-77 Hawkwind-Calvert film and have been offering it to everyone & anyone, a lot of people have been giving me stuff in return, including the 25 mins of this show. I am also getting some rare 1986-87 VHS tapes of Calvert sold at black market record shops in the 80s.

I Really want to see more of Robert Calvert,, im facinated by his music n lyrics,, i would really love to have a record company, gather up up his music, to have it in one place,, like a loveley box-set,, He deserves to have his Archives all Done , so we can pass them on,,, and pass his great music on,,, Otherwise every Fucker in the future, will think its only Elvis that was any good...

hello kid silicone - send me address i found the lost press photos of bob from NME - thanks for the hype tape - sorry for delay - this is clarendon rooms hammersmith i was there - Steve - John Hughes tapes VHS from newcastle yep 1984/5 and he taped this gig too in 86 - i saw him but think camera was centre of hall near sound desk ? he maybe flitted about as it was handheld big vhs antique
