I read that The CheeseCake Factory in Waikiki is the busiest in the chain and can serve upto 3000 people a day. In the evenings its not uncommon to wait for an hour for a table so be prepared to wait or come before 6pm when its slightly quieter. If you do decide to wait for a table this is the view you will most likely see.... large groups of people sitting on the wall outside endlessly wishing that their pager will be the next one to buzz.

Inside an army of chefs cook up huge portions of food in a relatively short space of time.
