On server list, search for "pad" and find a padding room with the map "Wake Island 2007"
Join, pick Chinese Engineer. Get the passenger vehicle where you can openly stand in the back.
Just dump it a coupe feet into the water where it takes a little damage, switch to the back seats and repair it, you will keep getting points, i got somewhere around 4000 so far :D

Your probly one of those cheap fucks who plays pistol knife servers and think your awesome. I was just stating that, thats the only way you can recieve these badges. Its imposible to get 20 repair points in 1 round. I still don't have it just playing normaly.
