Philip Serrell looks around Moyse's Hall Museum in Bury St. Edmunds which is one of the oldest (c. 1180) domestic buildings in East Anglia open to the public. It has collections of fine art, for example Mary Beale, costume, e.g. Charles Frederick Worth, horology, local and social history; including Red Barn Murder and Witchcraft. David Barby pops into the house once owned by Thomas Gainsborough (christened 14th May 1727 - 2nd August 1788) who was a British portrait and landscape painter.
