Kingdom Hearts II - The Land of Dragons 2 Part 3

To take on the Storm Rider, first hang on when it flips so you can stay on top. Then attack and break the spikes on its shoulders to paralyze and attack it for a little while. Watch out for the lightning with it wakes up then use the wind gusts to "Soar" back onto the dragon's back and attack the spikes again, using the shadow as a reference as to where to soar. When on the ground and it flies toward you, intercept with "Slide" then "Vertigo Toss" to defeat both spikes at once. If it's in the air, watch for thunderbolt indications, and avoid them. When it moves to the bridge and summons walls, stand close to it, but not touching to avoid both the walls and the laser it will shoot down the middle. Avoid the bombardments as well, and repeat as necessary to defeat it and get a bonus level-up.

Bonus Level-Up 32:
Sora - Thunder Element (Thunder is upgraded to Thundara, 15 MP)
Donald - Maximum HP Increased (+4, new total 70)
Goofy - Tornado Fusion (Ability, 3 AP)
Mulan - Maximum HP Increased (+20, new total 95)

Shang hurries in and saves Mulan from having the Storm Rider fall on her as it dissapates into a giant heart. Sora and the others look on as Mulan and Shang look at each other lovingly, but act embarrassed, then fireworks go off in the sky.

The Emporer thanks everyone again for saving China and wants to grant Sora and the rest a reward. Sora asks what the black robed man said earlier, and the Emporer explains about how dragons are a part of their society and how one was disturbed and turned into a Heartless. The man in the robe came to warn him of the danger. Sora asked if the Emporer readied his troops, but he was told the situation changed when three 'wise guys' had appeared. When Sora hears that, he knows it must be Riku. Goofy wonders what he is doing in Organization XIII, and while Sora doesn't know, he's just glad to hear that Riku is finally safe.

Mulan asks if Captain Shang can have a vacation, and the Emporer has to say no to that, because it is his duty to protect the Emporer. However, he does offer Mulan the chance to stand by him and protect the Emporer. Mulan eagerly accepts, and Shang welcomes her to the force. Sora looks on, teary eyed at the sight of them in love, and it becomes apparent everything will be fine.
