Resident Evil 5 "Lost In Nightmares" A little gameplay with Oldschool Style (part 1/2)

This is what resident Evil 5 SHOULD have been, I love the 'old school' camera angles and especially the creepy sounds/atmosphere. And when you have to play Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata on the piano is so cool and a 'tribute/reference/ to the first game.

I really hope the 6th game is like this just with creepy music like the older games aswell and hearing zombies etc in the distance but can't see them until your closer because of the camera angles =P

That's pretty cool. Nice find.

The DLC was pretty poor in my opinion. The references to other RE games was cool, but it was rediculously short, only had 1 and a half enemies (the guys that lay on the ground and do nothing only count as half) and even that one enemy is just an executioner with a different skin. I was at least hoping there would be zombies :(

thanks.... yeah, i thought there would be zombies too first time playing it, i was thinking those dudes laying there up the stairs would be like going to stand up and come after me :P lol

A shame that this was only a chapter. it would have been great if RE5 was all like this. First time I played I was a bit scared and it was challenging and fun. Hopefully RE6 will be like this for the entire game.

now that's what i'm talking about. Capcom got a big plus for this. although it doesn't seem as eerie as the originals. I really like the puzzles and that you can revert to this style of gameplay. They just needed to add a scary tone to it like RE1 Remake. Nice video by the way

@dopedpanda That would be a very nice idea, I don't know much about Hunk except he's ruthless and ALWAYS puts the mission first, I think he'd be a good character to develop, it doesn't have to have just one character either, could have many for unique playthroughs like the first 2 Resident Evils, always nice to have a choice.

And the next Resident Evil is suppose to be the old creepy atmospheres which is a nice.

Hate how Chris looked and sounded in the 5th aswell, should change that =/

@dopedpanda No, the movement is too slow(turning on the spot) they should make it like Dead Space, that's 'creepy' without being slow and clunky.
