Hand Feeding a Hummingbird / 5 Stills

I recently started to try and hand feed my Hummingbirds. After several days, they came up while I was holding a red juice bottle cap filled with nectar and perched on my finger and started to drink.

Great shots, Karen! I've tried to get them to eat out of a small red plastic lid in my hand, but they would never come to anything except a feeder. Maybe I should leave some little red lids filled with nectar lying around so they could get used to it... I'm sure I'd have plenty of ANTS then too!
