Here's a thought: I believe that the Mario Lands from MP2 and SML2 are the same.

Mario Zone-Rules Land
Tree Zone-Mini-Game Land
Turtle Zone-Pirate Land
Space Zone-Space Land
Macro Zone-Mystery Land (it's a giant cottage-a bit mysterious to me)
Pumpkin Zone-Horror Land
