Pufff, I have got 2 questions:
1-Why are you saying "10 number code" not "IP"?
2-Whats the meaning of this?
Why are you doing this? Most people know that they can visit websites as good as typing in IP as "site name"
*p.s. In command prompt "ping" is used to see how long time in milliseconds it takes to transfer data from your PC to your target PC.
