Not very flavourful. Add a bit of salt, sugar and hoison (oyster sauce) and corn starch dissolved in water for a little texture.

How did that get to be a goodhousekeeping video?
Into a hot fry pan add oil and heat. Add onion, garlic and capscium. Cook and remove.
To the hot fry pan add the hard veges (carrots etc) pour in 2 or 3 tablespoons of water and imediately cover with a lid to steam the veges for 60 seconds. Add soft veges eg. mushrooms etc and cook a little futher. Add the cooked onion, garlic and capscium and stir in your sauce eg. Oyster or Hoisin or vege stock and corn flour. Serve.

If you drain the broccoli you essentially lose all the nutrients? why would you drain them? And you call this healthy?? EWW!!
