For Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's Win by Losing participants, we know that the journey to a new healthier lifestyle has just begun. So to help keep everyone accountable even after the competition has ended, we've created a new program called Plus, Minus, Zero. The program is simple and easy to use for anyone who needs help staying motivated while trying to reach their weight-loss goal. All it takes is a scale and five minutes each week to mark down your weight loss results.
