No, mustangs are in demand in the UK, but it is more expensive for a UK person to buy it and have it imported to the UK. If you take it over there you can sell it with some ease.

I'm moving to England in a couple months... do you think i'd have a hard time selling my 03 Cobra if i bring it over from the US?

some aren't such as the Lightning and Harley Davidson.
But the cars such as Bullitt and Cobra are very rare.
There are only about 15 Bullitt Mustangs in the UK.
