MCSO Harassment of a member of the media

Received a call about more than 30 MCSO vehicles gathered in a Maryvale parking lot. A public place!! I went out to see and document and to ask what the operation involved as a member of the media and I was besieged by MCSO SWAT Members. The first thing out of their mouth was, "Sir this has nothing to do with Immigration". Why would they say that to me? Because I am a Latino? I never asked whether it was immigration related. They threatened to arrest me!

No signs posted? Now all stores will have to have 'no shoplighting' signs and all bars will have to have a 'no fighting' sign. In fact, let's post the entire Statute book on every street corner! This is not harrassment. I have been watching a lot of these video's and it seems like people go out of their way to find and mess with the police while videotaping. Then they say that they are the ones being harrassed.  Find someting better to do.

There's no law that would prevent an uninvolved person from driving into an assembly of police officers (some of whom are undercover officers) to film them? I find that hard to believe.
