nice music and presentation!

Ok thx, i was expecting low Re due to huge separated boundary layer area at the extrados, but as i saw the fluid is water i couldn´t expect any kind of behaviour.
In fact, i was told once that the equivalent of Re in water experiments is the Froude number. Anyway, i check now the behaviour is quite similar.
You see, i never get tired of learning about these kind of things (fluid dynamics) TY people and keep uploading these vids!!

What an innovation!
What is the name of this song? I've heard it a million times somewhere.
Nice product....

The music is Mozart 3rd movement from Piano Sonata A major K.331 (also known as Alla Turca or Turkish March or Turkish Rondo). I particularly like this one. I used to play it myself back in high school. Probably one of the most popular pieces by Mozart.
Thanks for your comments!

In a similar experiment we just ran, Re is 65 based on average velocity.

Thx! fluid is water at about 20C in a duct. Seed particles are highlighted via laser. Video is captured at 30fps and the width corresponds to about 20-30mm. I don't think we noted speeds though. I ll be sure to note more info next time we try a new one. This is an experimental PIV and visualization device we have been working on. We are having fun playing with it :-).
