The problem is 'black town'.China town means ties to Chinese Culture.There is no black civilization but there is an African American culture.It links you to over a billion people all over the world.As long you don't recognize your Africanness,you will NEVER succeed.Groups fight based on their ethnic heritage.You don't get Chinese fighting for yellow town.Unify African connection in the Americas and then you will see little modern Africas springing busy with carnivals and Universal African trade

Black became victims of the drug culture, in the 60s,70,& 80s, this
drug era destroyed family stucture, pride, self worth, and so on
we had close knit neighborhoods, but enough of the past we can't
change that we can all change today right now, and start helping
each other, by starting in your own home start motivating your
kids to show them they can be anything they want to be,
be invovative start making things from scratch, it can be done!
