  • Thanks, good tip.

In writing, I offered to settle with $500 of a $6,450 credit card debt with a debt collection agency called MRS. Just got a letter from a local attorney's office attempting "to collect". I am going all the way, comply with summons etc, show in court and will answer their claim.

ps: I am on soc.sec. no job, no assets, no property except for a 7 year old car and a joint bank account with my wife.

  • Well said. good info here. if anyone needs help See info 8669238820 ask for Matt
