@hankwhite122 yea its an American thing. In eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and other countries) the white guys do this stupid shit. It's not a race thing, its a human thing. In America its young black and hispanic men, and in dangerous white countries its young white men. I live in America, and I grew up in LA. When I went to St. Petersburg, Russia, I was more intimidated by the youth there than in the American ghettos here. Its a shame

Something very alluring and seductive about that scene and therein "is the rub". Too many of our young black/hispanic men are in a sense turned on by such action and same is not very sexy given the hospital/cemetary/prison ramifications of such activity. Great but troubling scene. Amazing how a paradise seeming area (California) could be turned into a war zone.
