yeah my wrists hurt everytime I do something that requires me to put weight on them and I wonder if I'm doing something wrong???? Help somebody!

How come when I do my forearm plank, I don't feel anything in my core, but my forearms feel really tired? Am I doing something wrong?

Just a question, I'm new to yoga and was wondering if it's more effective if I memorise the routines and do them or if I can do them while watching the video?

@Maryytn You do these everyday for a week, then on week 2 do these AND week 2's stuff, and continue to add on as the weeks go.
Tara Stiles you are my fitness role model. I've been doing yoga for a couple months now and I looove it. If it wasn't for your video's and other youtube yoga videos out there I wouldn't have been able to get into it. Thanks so much :)
