    yeah my wrists hurt everytime I do something that requires me to put weight on them and I wonder if I'm doing something wrong???? Help somebody!

  • How come when I do my forearm plank, I don't feel anything in my core, but my forearms feel really tired? Am I doing something wrong?

  • @Maryytn You do these everyday for a week, then on week 2 do these AND week 2's stuff, and continue to add on as the weeks go.
