@LadyMoonseed Thank you very much! Yay big hoops! As Philo always says, he'll never go past his 42" hoop. I know I get hung up with the size of my hoop in my head and I've had comments about it before!

@MootieScootie Thank you so much! It just takes time, practice and the right tools (ie proper sized hoop). To learn knee hooping, I actually learned on a smaller hoop than my norm.

Great Video! What size is your hoop? I have started hooping, but can't keep the darn thing going on my waist. Wondering if my hoop is too small....even though it is the largest in the class. Any tips?

@ZenMamaof2 My hoop is about 44-46". If you are having trouble, upgrade to a larger hoop. Don't feel bad that your hoop is large. Look through other videos of mine and notice my hoop was VERY large in the beginning. You can do this!
