I FIlled out the question sheet for the Army today and for the drug question I lied... really I kinda slipped and smoked a few weeks ago... Now Im Freaking out about it coming out positive I take the test in a week. what the hell am I going to do??! so I know how you feel only yours is lip gloss for the most part and mine was just drunken stupidity. Just thought Id comment

Ok, so till you go "for processing", change the lip gloss, do NOT eat any poppyseed anythings, or something that might show when they do bloodwork. Yes, you WILL have an on-site physical exam. Yes, you WILL become the property of the federal government-once you sign the paperwork-and WILL be under the all-adjective-included voice of your instructor. Just remember, you are QY, no matter what they do! You salute-the uniform and rank-not the 'person' wearing it! The FIRST and LAST word is SIR!

If they fail you based on THC, just tell them about the lipgloss, they might be more lenient if they find that you were using lipgloss as opposed to smoking weed.
The headache question sort of makes sense. You wouldn't want to lose focus at a critical moment.

We've got recruiters in the High School. A friend of Mine signed up for the Marines. He's tough and strong, but I hope he's not thinking about the sugar-coated stuff we get in the Media.

AIT (Advanced individual training) Is not as hectic as the 8 weaks of hell but its still hecktic. But That said please stay safe my friend. I look to be ranted at for many years to come by you :D

when they ask questions like headaches they are trying to find out wether or not you have stuff like siezures and what not. and not really answering yes to those question wont really fuck up your military career. but me i wouldn't go back in the army as enlisted for all the bonuses they could offer right now they are trying to get me to be a drill sgt at fort jackson yeah theres a good idea not really but anyway if you need to talk to someone about this crap i am a pretty good source of info.
