Hi DrCassette , well , I bought this Sony Mini Dv Pc9E camcorder , I wanted to ask you , what does E mean? I live in the United States and when I see your camcorder videos , almost all of the brand names have E at the end of the brand name. Please reply soon , sincerley adamkleinschmidt2003

'E' means that it's the european PAL version of the camcorder. I'm living in Germany, so it's just normal, in your case you now have a PAL camcorder in a country that uses NTSC. If you only transfer your video footage into the computer using Firewire, there won't be any problem, but if you want to hook the camcorder up to a VCR or a TV using the analog outputs, it might not work. The TV/VCR has to support PAL.

How did you get rid of the dent so well?

@danatube
I used a pencil and pushed it out from the inside. The material is pretty soft, so it didn't require all too much force.
