@jayc342009 When a minority has been oppressed and then eventually fights back to overcome the oppression,there is going to be 'hangover"(I hope you appreciate me putting it in layman's terms)of collective bitterness and a persistent determination to remember the past, so to better the present and future, so to speak. It's a natural progression of the struggle that it took to attain equal wages and voting rights etc being humans we retain the attitudes that have arisen from such important events

@jayc342009 Your last question was phrased awkwardly, I suppose you meant rhetorically, how can one blame men for NOT taking it seriously.I don't want to repeat myself but it seems you have overlooked a key component to this whole issue which is the political history of these gender tensions that we have now. I was not PRO WOMEN, LETS ENSLAVE THE OTHER GENDER RAWR RAWR,I don't think I need to spell out the contradictions of that. What I stated about the history can't be negated.
