Laksa: The Aimless Cook

In this video, I make a quick Laksa with chicken, prawn, fish balls and fried tofu. If you like curry and coconut milk, you will love me for showing you this. You can make the paste from scratch, but there are so many pastes at the supermarket that are ready to go. All you need to do is get your ingredients together, do a little prep and assemble. This dish is quick, simple and perfect for those cold days.
