Isn't Sonic 2 fine the way it is? and doesn't the other classic genesis games make up for that? and Sonic 3 wasn't rushed at all... in fact I remember a certain development team that instead of rushing the game actually released half of it and focused on developing the rest of it making it a full game. Just because they rush one game doesn't mean they rush them all, don't be bias.
