Loading up the bipod can that only be done with an Atlas? What about a Harris bipod?

It can be done with every bipod.. however the amount of pressure varies for each different type. There are plenty of videos from us using a Harris, but I use the Harris less and less as it is inferior to the Atlas

It looks like they mount to rails. So I guess get a rail piece that attaches via sling stud. I'm in the same boat.

I read all the reviews on Snipershide and shelled out the extra money for the Atlas. Everyone should save the extra money for the better bipod, it is a no brainer. I just feel bad that most people NEED to have a bipod NOW and settle for the cheaper less stable(and less sleek) Harris. Great posts though Lowlight. -Paradude

As always, an excellent video. I almost purchased an Atlas, but was a bit short budget wise. I have Harris swivels on all my rifles. They are great and easy to load. But my next bipod will be an Atlas. KEEP ON PREPPING

Would you care to expand on that? What makes the Atlas better? What are its advantages and disadvantages? Nice video by the way! Are you an instructor?
