My personal favorite method is The Dissolving Card illusion. It's not mentioned in the book, but if you combine it with an invisible deck it makes for a devastating effect they'll never forget. It's awesome. I searched for it before & why isn't it @ Penguin? I paid about $54 for it @ a brick & mortar & could've gotten it cheaper @ Penguin. It's worth a lot more, but Penguin almost always sells for less.
I THINK IT'S AWESOME! It's a winner. Like most propless mentalism it does require a lil focus from the audience member ur performing it for. But truly nothing ppl can't handle. Another thing I love about it is how there are really a whole host ov different ways to perform Silent Running. Since I like the idea ov propless mentalism I think I'm going to stick to and master the "Direct Mindreading" method.

Performed it a couple times now (The Direct Mindreading Method). Changed one or two things for my style. It feels like pure Mentalism. lol
