Here is a video response to a lot of the questions I have received on my video, "Hedgehog Bath Time". Featuring myself and my little buddy Max.

NEWS: Max passed away July 2011. He was battling a cancerous lump on his jaw. Unfortunately the only humane option was to put him down. I miss him everyday.

@loveangel616, despite your complete lack of grammar, punctuation, or proper sentence structure I think I understand the question. Is it even a question? Anyway, I assume you are asking "Why would you do that to yourself?" With that I must ask, what does it matter to you? I like who I am, and how I look. I have chosen these things for myself, they make me happy, do not effect others, and many people actually quite like them. I have never had trouble finding a job and see no issues here.

How long did you have max before you lost him? I recently just lost my little hedgehog of 5 years and was just wondering.

@mooseface97 I don't remember for certain but I believe Max was 5 years going on 6 when he passed.

You planning on purchasing another hedgehog, considering Max died?

@ILoveMushrooms777 At the moment I have no plans to get another hedgehog. My hands are full with my puppy dog Domino. Socializing and raising another hedgehog would be difficult for me right now. And after have 2 pass away on me, I need a break from that heartache.

@rustytyner, I had probably been up for about 8 hours at this point, if by "up" you mean, awake. The only drugs I take are mild pain relievers like Tylenol and Advil, and I avoid their use as much as I can. Or prescribed medications. Thanks for being an ass, come again. Actually don't.

@PhillyDarko, The cost of the meal would make it silly in my opinion. Hedeghogs range $100-150 as I've seen around. Figure you'd get about a game hen worth of usable meat off of it. You'd be far better off spending the same on a steak dinner.  Heck you could take a girl out for a nice date and try to have a life at the same time!

When I heard that your hedgehog's name was Max, I automatically thought of the Max and Ruby books I read as a kid and when you said your last hedgehog's name was Ruby, I let out a squeak. C:

I was just wondering whether it's safe or not to buy my hedgehog from a friend? I still have about 6 months to wait so I've got a lot of thinking time, but I've seen lots of videos, info, etc. saying that it's important to get hedgehogs from a proper experienced breeder. My friend's never done it before herself, and only got her hedgie a couple of months ago. I just need some advice. Thanks!:)

hey! i just got my hedgie a few months ago and he is just like max! he acts exactly the same in the bath and when im holding him he runs all over my arms like max does in this video!

i was wondering, what the best way was to trim a hedgies nails? Thankfully, my hedgies haven't grown very long just yet, but they are starting to and i just want to know exactly how i should go about doing it when the time comes. any suggestions, advice, warnings, etc?

Hey how do you like Texas?.. I'm moving to Fortworth soon and I'm afraid it's going to be a harsh place - I'm from Portland, Oregon. Sorry I just hate to ask this, because it's kindof a terrible question, but well how comfortable do you feel with the general public?.. Sorry yeah that is a bad way of asking that but do you get what I mean??.. You seem really nice and like you uhm well have friends who are "like you" and know people..
