Talk about flip floppers these candidates are so outrageous, they just say whatever they think voters want to hear like we won't find out what they REALLY BELIEVE. With YOUTUBE and the modern age of video we are finding out the ugly truth. What McCain fails to mention is that the "bear DNA" study was not really a study of bear DNA. It was a study of the bear population in Montana - one that was required under the Endangered Species Act - which USED bear DNA as a cost-effective way of achieving the required results.

He also fails to mention a chief sponsor of the project in the Senate -- Conrad Burns, a Republican, AND chairman of the McCain campaign in Montana.

What mind-blowing hypocrisy!

How could Palin request an earmark from Congress? I thought you had to be a member of Congress or the Senate to do that? (Not trying to stir anything up, I'm just not sure how this works.)

John McCain repeatedly says, I will take an ink pen and I will veto every pork barrel earmark spending bill that comes across my desk. You will know their names and I will make them famous. Yet, on Oct 1st he voted for the bailout bill. After the bill was rejected by the house on Sept 29th and before McCain voted for it, the bill grew with $140 billion of pork. A real leader would have stopped his fellow Republicans from adding to this bill, but he failed.

Joe Biden wants to tack a 53 million dollar earmark on the bail out bill. The country is teetering on the brink and all he's worried about is getting a piece for DE. What a greedy disingenuous creep. And BTW there is a crabbing industry in Alaska so a study of crab DNA might make sense.
