Car isnt garbage @ all.... Its a nice car... very roomy. well my 23 yr old cousin has an 08 Taurus... and they both are very nice lookin cars, same styles and everything but I still think they are nice... Im thinkin bout getting a Five Hundred... and Im 24!!!

I am a 50-something baby boomer, and am very pleased with my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. I've been loyal to GM through the years - outside of an F150, this is my first Ford car in over 35 years of driving. At 102K miles, it is still tight, quiet and solid! The AWD/CVT combination offers worlds better performance than the 6 speed - but at the penalty of fuel economy. I get 24-25 on the highway, 19-20 combined city/hwy.

automatic 6 speed and link-kit sux... my transmission down shift 5 to 4 very hard... its my taxi car... i hate

my second car its a 2004 crown vic p71 and it rulez, i ride it so hard on gravel road and all i have put on them its the ventilation motor...

and i jus bought a 06 red 500 just to have another car n its my first ford ive owned always had chevy or gm bought it with 27k miles for 12k had it for months pretty satisfied

this newer 500 is based from the older muscle car from the 60's called the ford galaxie 500 look it up
