United Kingdom Railway signaling system. Explanations of signal aspects for diverging routes. In this system, Approach Release from Red, Yellow and Yellow for Flashing-Y(Y) can be operated. In real roads, these are used to reduce the entry speed toward diverging. In this movie, Red and Yellow for Flashing-Y(Y) are introduced. The hardware of this signal system is the same as the other country versions (Japan and USA) shown in my previous movies (Part 1,2,3 , ,8). The splitting distant signal mode is also being prepared.

  • Its United Kingdom

  • Thanks for the comment. It was fixed.

  • Just to let you know, flashing green was used for a while while new locomotives were being tested, the flashing green gave clearance to the test loco to break the speed limit

  • Thanks for comments. I am not familiar to UK signal rule and real operations but have known the Fl-green in Wikipedia of British Rwy Signals. Fl-G seems to be very rare in real use in UK Rwy but the implementation in this signaling system is very easy. I may install Fl-G in a few weeks. Thanks.
