Pregnant Amrita Arora thrown out of the movie

The news of Amrita Arora's pregnancy doesn't seem to have gone well with UTV. The actress has been dropped out of Season's Greetings by the production house.

The actress is apparently shattered with the news as this was the only film she was working on and says she wasn't even informed about the decision.

A source close to Amrita informs a daily that UTV kept on delaying the shooting of the film, which was originally scheduled for January 2009. "Till October, no shoot happened," says the source.

The actress reportedly discovered about her exclusion from the film only after bumping into director Vicky Chopra recently. She was told that she has been replaced in the movie because of her pregnancy.

Amrita was shell-shocked and told the director that he should have at least informed her about their decision.

The actress is now being replaced by some other actress.

Amrita confirms the news to a daily. "Yes, I have been thrown out of the film because of my condition. I wouldn't like to say anything else."
