Occasionally great sound design can tell a story with a simple elegance that even the most sympathetic music soundtrack would lack. Knowing this, Publicis commissioned A-Bomb to compose a creative sound design soundtrack to emphasise the dreamlike world inside their Renault Mégane driver's mind, whilst at the same time maintaining the drama of the race being played out on his windscreen. Using an effective combination of manipulated foley sounds and electronic textures, composers Peter Challis and Bernd Würtz composed a striking and deceptively simple sounding hyper-real underscore for HLA director Simon Rattigan's absorbing film.
