  • @GioV45 yeah but if you dont want it to sound like shit...than you write it down. and you can constuct more complex shit to blow peoples minds.

  • @DominicanPrinc3 Sickology 101 by Tech N9ne, feat. Crooked I and Chino XL

  • I don't know, but MCs who sit and write down their lyrics, like crooked I or Eminem, have really smooth flow, complex rhymes and contents

  • Tell me. Why write something to edit or correct? When you rap without writing, your in your mind, in your world, not doubting. Writing rap on paper is if you don't have the drive to save or retain what you have thought of. In my opinion, it is better to keep it ideal. If you write, you criticizing your thoughts so as to make it presentable to everyone else instead of just yourself.

  • what song is that @ the end? please help :-/

  • @fulicny85 Yeah your're definitely not better just because you write, it's the outcome that counts not how it happened. But writing lyrics down seems better to me just because it's easier to remember (for me anyway)

  • @fulicny85 he's not saying it makes you better hes saying when you write it down, more thought and meaning goes into it than off the top of your head

  • @xoxoJOHNxoxo dont get hood star crooked dont even support it

  • i really think it's preference. i don't think ur necessarily BETTER for NOT writing. BUT, i personally cannot stand writing shit down because it takes too much time and you lose ur train of thought. i think people's brains just work differently, and u gotta do what works for you. i see how pen and pad emcee's or rap fans are impressed with mentally constructed raps because they don't fathom the process. but it just becomes fluid and comfortable at a certain point for some people.
