  • How can I get a price on this size unit ,just to purchase , in florida ?????

  • Flooding is not a threat that we normally aim to counter, although water seepage is not a danger in these shelters. That said, ANY underground shelter placed in a flood plain is begging for trouble. However, we CAN add extended breather tubes to any of our shelters. We add conduits (as in for bilge pumps, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to each of our shelters as specified by the customer.

  • SSW--this shelter is an entry-level storm shelter. We build each shelter to customer specs. Our builder has built 500+ steel-plate shelters (the most water-tight shelters available) for buyers all over the USA--most for FEMA projects, meeting or exceeding their standards.

Two 8-ton bottle jacks are an option. So is an emergency escape hatch, assuming the shelter built is large enough for that.
