Id rather have the 106 GTI, would rape ANY honda on the back roads. Easy to say your Vtec is much quicker, but it probably has no more torque than the 16v pug. Cams, 4-2-1 raceland mani, Pugsport 2" straight through and a chip would put the 106 to about 165bhp... More than enough considering its lighter to rape a b16. Keep your japcrap to yourself, id rather push a french car..

i carnt see the 106 gti getting pumped think it holds its ground pretty well to be fair .. but yeh on a mile run it would of got wasted .. i have just sold my ep3 type r and the power in that thing was in a different league went like fuck for a standard car !! i have had 2 106 gti's and even standard they are pretty rappid i own a indigo blue 1 now and its standard and my mate carnt touch me in his civic jordan .. a standard 1.6 vtec against a standard 106 gti the 106 would win hands down !!

Tbh i my self do drive a 106 just a 1.4 though :( soon to gti it ! i do love the 106 beasts ! and i think the 106 did pretty well here ! but i do know a few 106s that can get beat the VTEC YO ! but man CRX is a dam sexy car ! and may even be my next car after my 106 project :P cool vid
