this is used as powerful law to stop court tyranny-government tyrany-or police arbitary powers...ie tyranny..to protect you not perecute or prosecute you..unless really nesary....below i write a few examples where it might be justified like where you think police some of them are bad apples and its just attacking them...no pleb cps lawyer can amnd.change,scrap....add sick or any judgements to this.watch your back dirty dark crowing pig police.
