This video is example on how to desolder thedaughterboard pcb from the Hori buttons. I uploaded the entire video to show that the removing the solder shouldn't take longer than a few moments for a beginner. There isn't really anything you could damage on the daughterboard but still exercise caution when desoldering because you could accidentally cause damage the stick if you don't pay attention to what you're doing. Reminder that modifying your stick will void your warranty so be sure to use some caution if this is your first time using a soldering iron. Yo, thanks for the vid. Probably going to get some buttons for Christmas, and this will be my first time modding. I've owned a soldering gun for the longest time (years before I ever bought the stick) but never got around to learning to use it. Seems pretty simple. I have a 30 watt though, so I'll just be careful and as quick as I can be with it. At first glance I was unsure if the circuit board was just being held down by the solder or if it was glued to the pegs or something. Just solder, woo.

The sanwa octagonal restrictor works with this original hori pro fighting stick? or it´s necessary substitute the hori stick for a sanwa stick? Thanks.
