We've solved 2 basic problems for drummers that we hear about all the time with our Turning Point hardware. Cymbal stands are heavy to carry to the gig and mounting cymbals with wing nuts takes time and is frustrating. Our Turning Point hardware is dsigned to make the drummers life easier. Stop losing your nuts. Wing nuts that is. Our patented swing nut auto cymbal tilter is going to change everything. You no longer have to worry about where those wing nuts are. All you have to do is press down on the spring loaded tilter, turn the swing nut, mount the cymbal and felt and that's it.
Product manager Ken Fredenberg walks you through how the newly developed lighter weight stand gets the job done and saves time. The Turning point Hardware will launch at the 2011 NAMM show.

  • Question... I love the idea don't get me wrong, but I'm not seeing how I can tighten the cymbal. I like having my crashes loose, but my ride and chinas nice and tight.

  • @GonzoDrummer27 Good question that wasn't addressed in this video. I've added a video here in the video response section. Basically, there is a spring mechanism that allows you to adjust the tightness to your liking.

  • That loud crack you all just heard was the sound of every other hardware manufacturer smacking themselves in the forehead.
