Now select the language of your choice. In this case we will leave it at English
You can tailor your keyword research to a specific region by clicking on "Countries and Territories". I will leave it as is as I am looking for a global search here today.
I will leave the Adult Content as is as I don't want adult words in my returned search.

Once all these fields are filled I will click the button "Create" and now our initial keyword project is set up for Indian Curries.
