I just thought I would mention that the text to speech originally started out In I think moonlight syndrome ( a game suda directed when he worked for human).

no programing required. just pick a voice sample from one of the preset voice samples, slecet robotic voice, then type in what you want it to say

Perhaps you could try running a virtual version of OSX, or see if can install the OS on your comp. The Text to speech isn't as much an Independent program as it is a function built into the OS.

Is there any way to download this voice to Windows Vista? I've been looking for it ever since Killer 7 was out.

I don't think so. They are voice synthesizers for windows, but people have told me that they all pretty much suck.
Maybe I'll post a tutorial if I have enough time today. :)
