Jon Wong took the time to walk us through OS 2.0 on the PlayBook. We also took a look at some of the apps that make the PlayBook a "professional tablet" such as Citrix. It's interesting to see how RIM has integrated social into the platform and it brings RIM back to its core messaging strengths. We also took a look at some of the Bridge improvements, such as the ability to now use your smartphone as a remote. This comes in handy for those who have their PlayBook hooked up to a TV and it's out of reach. The remote event allows for gestures.

@askialee : Well you must know that OS 2.0 is now supporting Android apps of gingerbread . So I think apps as of now should not be any problem now !!

I just purchased my blackberry playbook and waiting for the delivery. The only problem with the blackberry playbook is that they built the focus on business application and the blackberry phone. I own an android phone, so bridge is no use to me. Apple and android are the number phone and tablet operating systems. I will not be leaving my tablet on when I leave home just like I won't leave my computer on when I leave the house. Keep it simple RIM.

The Citrix app is WAY cool...and while the use case for Bridge initially sounded use-less, I dig it now that I have a better feel for what I could do with it. I can't wait for it...I hope it's not too late to bring back some fire.
