completely ignore those nay sayers...theyre the ones who probably wish they could do something about their bodies but are too busy eating or have no will power to accomplish what youve done here! Bravo to you! From a guy, who isnt fit yet himself...

just a message to all the women who worry about bulking up, which probably won't happen but lets say it does. Which is worse. A little bulked up or a giant muffin top?

Thats amazing well done. I`m a 50 year old male, and after seeing the transformations of insanity & p90x methinks I`m doing to buy p90x.

Great job! BTW cute butt
Impressive weight loss transformation. BTW, you also look younger and happier. You gave me the kick in the butt that I needed to stop slacking off on my P90x workouts.

Wonderful - just do it and you'll be glad. Also I've made more progress which you can see at PressPlayFitness

do those 2 workouts (p90x and insanity) slim the calves? or do they bulk it up with muscle? I'm female so I don't want to bulk up. I just want to be fit/ lean and slim down my calves. So which program is better, p90x classic or lean or insanity or do both?

I recommend P90X Classic as the place to start. Then after doing a round you might want to try a hybrid of P90X resistance workouts and Insanity high intensity workouts (to replace the cardio of P90X).
I would not worry about bulking - especially the calves.

Females won't 'bulk up' if they are eating right. Also, all you need to do with any exercise routine is to do calf exercises with no weights if you are concerned. So no - neither program is going to bulk up your calves.
