And I'll miss this synth more than any other one I've sold so far. This is a really beautiful instrument, with a warm and rich sound, it's something halfway between a Polysix and a MS-20, because it uses SSM 2044 filters and has custom Korg oscillators and envelopes.

  • Nice demo of this warm underrated analogue beast. ...but why o why didn't you play sustained chords with sounds at 0:53 & 0:56. Remember we want to hear the sounds, not the playing technique.

    Otherwise great : )

  • I was just... playing... improvinsing something... not showing any technique...

  • Giving it away?!

  • I mean... I got rid of it... not for free :)

  • more like Korg's ARP Quadra

  • sweet sound

  • what an amazing thick sound!

  • So why did you sell this absolute keeper? :(

  • God this thing sounds good, can only be a matter of time before the Trident reaches classic status like the Jupiter 8.

  • @neolojism it doens't have osc-sync, just 2 osc's, 1 detuneable, but it does have a cv in for the filter cut offs so fm is possible, but only with external controllers.

  • These units should easily fetch 1000 dollar or more when sold.
